Practify is a cloud-based software service delivered digitally. There are no physical products to ship. Upon successful subscription and account creation, you will have immediate access to our practice management platform through your web browser or mobile application.

Access to the Service is provided instantly upon:

  • Successful completion of account registration
  • Verification of your email address (if required)
  • Payment processing completion

2. Account Activation

2.1 Immediate Access

Once your payment is processed and your account is verified, you will receive access credentials via email. You can begin using the Service immediately after logging in.

2.2 Setup Time

While access is immediate, you may need some time to configure your practice settings, add staff members, and customize your practice. Our support team is available to assist with onboarding if needed.

You can access Practify through:

No installation or physical delivery is required. The Service operates on our cloud infrastructure and is accessible from any device with internet connectivity.

To access and use the Service effectively, you need:

  • Sufficient device storage for mobile app installations (if applicable)

5. Service Availability

We maintain high availability of our Service, typically 99.9% uptime. However:

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet service provider or local connectivity issues.

While the Service is delivered instantly, we provide:
