Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

1.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription immediately if you violate our Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 General Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified below. Since our Service provides immediate access to cloud-based software and features, refunds are generally not available for partial periods or unused portions of your subscription.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the Service that we are unable to resolve within 48 hours
  • Duplicate charges due to billing errors on our part
  • Service cancellation within 7 days of initial subscription, if you have not substantially used the Service
  • As required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

2.3 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund request
  3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days

2.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial subscription periods or unused time
  • Fees for add-on services or features already consumed
  • Cancellations made after substantial use of the Service
  • Refunds requested after 30 days from the payment date

3. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • You will have access to your account and data until the end of your paid billing period
  • We recommend exporting your data before cancellation
  • Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for recovery purposes
  • After 30 days, your account and data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies

4. Renewal and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee. We will notify you before renewal, and you can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid charges.

If payment fails during renewal, we may suspend your account and attempt to retry payment. You are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods are on file.

5. Price Changes

If we increase subscription prices, we will notify you in advance. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not agree to the new pricing.

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods.

6.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
